Cabinets and Range

CRW_1355_small

Finally!!! The base cabinets are in, and the range is in its rough place (still got to be hooked up). This is really what I have been waiting for – finally we can start to see what our kitchen is going to look like.

What is left to do:

Upper cabinets

Range Hood

Fridge, Dishwasher

Countertop install, sink, faucet

Cabinet adjustments (door and drawer adjustments)

Cabinet knobs etc

New kitchen window

Lighting

Sounds lengthy, and it is, but things are coming on!! yay!

I love that kitchen so much. What kind of stove is that? It’s not Viking is it? It’s beautiful. And where are the cabinets from? I’m so envious.

    Thanks!
The Range is a BlueStar (www.bluestarrange.com). Basically a commerical range for the home. In my mind far superior to Viking or Wolf, and cheaper to. It is certainly a no-frills cooking machine – it does one thing really well, and that is to cook food. No electronic timers or anything, just a really simple, really good stove.

The cabinets are a frameless shaker in stained cherry from Canyon Creek. To us their cabinetry is a great blend between price and quality.

Thank you so much for this information. I’m looking to buy a house soon and expect that I will need to redo the kitchen, so I’ve begun sourcing counters, appliances, counters, flooring, etc. I like a simple cooking stove. I don’t need all the bells and whistles. Thanks again.

    Some more info:

Countertops: Ceasarstone Quartz – Raven Color
Floor: 2 1/4″ prefinished white oak, caramel stain
    Faucet: Danze Parma D457158

I love the countertops – really tough and durable, easy to clean. Don’t go for the honed though – too much upkeep. The regular glossy version is upkeep free. yay!

I will take more photos when I finally get round to finishing the touchups and decorating.
